Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Eatrivo account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and the limited records the law requires us to keep. It applies to the Eatrivo mobile apps (iOS and Android) and the web app at app.eatrivonutrition.com.

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

This is the quickest way and works whether you use the phone app or the web app:

• Open Eatrivo and go to Settings → Privacy.
• Tap Delete my account.
• Confirm when prompted. On the web you'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away, any active subscription is canceled, and you're signed out.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, email support@eatrivonutrition.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request." We'll verify it's you and delete your account, normally within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your profile (name, email, optional photo) and login
• Your intake questionnaire answers
• Meal logs, nightly check-ins, and weekly adherence scores
• Chat messages with your care team and meeting/session records
• Grocery lists, store preferences, and notes

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted accounts and their data cannot be restored, and creating a new account with the same email does not bring back any previous data — you start fresh and empty.

4. Your subscription

Deleting your account cancels any active Eatrivo subscription. We do not store your full card number; payments are processed by Stripe.

5. What we're required to keep

We retain a minimal set of records only where the law requires it — for example, billing and transaction records, and limited audit records. These do not let us restore your account, and your email is kept only as a one-way cryptographic hash, not as a readable address.
