01
Take the quiz.
A short intake about your goals, schedule, food preferences, grocery habits, budget, the stores you actually shop at, and who you cook for. It is the foundation your dietitian works from, so honest beats impressive. Because Eatrivo is non-clinical, you never submit medical records, and an automated redaction layer strips medical details from your answers before anything is stored.
02
Create your account and subscribe.
One membership: Eatrivo Pro, $150 per month. You check out securely through Stripe, and you can cancel anytime in Settings. That is the whole pricing page.
03
Get matched with your dietitian.
A registered dietitian nutritionist reviews your intake, usually within 24 hours. Not an algorithm assigning you to a queue. A person reading what you wrote and deciding where to start.
04
Have your first video session.
Your RDN schedules it once they have reviewed your intake. You talk through your goals, your week, and what is realistically in the way. You leave with first practical moves, not a 40-page plan.
05
Settle into the rhythm.
From here, support lives in the app: chat, meal logs, grocery lists, notes, and ongoing video sessions. The week-by-week details are below.
